The login date should be the correct last date used in connection client. This does not seem to be the case for all users.

Users have read access to check realtime usage of Bentley products

Dear bentley Support, As Many times users are not known who is accessing the Various Bentley Products.So realtime usage page should be enabled for All Bentley users or Specific group of users.
