Display Users(Name field) and Enterprise Roles Alphabetically

Since the upgrade (UI changes] Move from BWC to iTwin library) Its seems as though UM is not displaying users Alphabetically when first bringing up and ULT. Also the Enterprise Roles are not displayed Alphabetically. When you click back and forth between Name field and roles, its not remembering the Alpha sort, and defaulting to however it was listed. It would save time and steps (clicking) if all ULTS in UM were defaulted to show user name listed alphabetically, as well as roles under the Enterprise Roles
