PW MFA for external users

Problem description : There's technical and organizational challenges of enforcing MFA for all users, that includes Client(PUB), Project owner(Jacobs), contractors, and subcontractors, highlighting that current MFA solutions only cover domain account holders(Jacobs) and not external parties. And this could be a deal breaker for project adoption, as Singapore government cybersecurity policies are moving towards more robust authentication mechanisms.


Enhancement request : To allow MFA for all supply chains as well. If not, one option is to have OTP verification, similar to how Autodesk is doing the verification via mobile device.
