Remove assigned Virtuosa license

I would like an option be able to remove an assigned virtuosa license rather than only have an option to reassign it to another.

My situation is: I have assigned a license, its less than 12 hours since i assigned, and at this moment in time, i do not have a user that is ready for the assignment just yet, Thus the reassignment is not ideal for me. To manage my licenses, I need this option before the license is locked out for 30 days.
