add a more easy way to change an e-mail address

If user change their name also the main mail address has to change. Currently the only solution by Bentley is to do it with a CSV the moment before we change the address on AD. In no way this is an aceptable solution.

I propose to check if you could do it over AD. If not, please add a (REST)-API, so companys could handle that in their own way.

It would also be good if such a change could be done inside Projectwise and get all projects synced correctly
