group access and owner

We have a request to allow specific people to access specific group and assign people.

Example we have a contract team that wanted to be able to create groups and be owner of those groups so they can assign and remove people.


Those groups will give access to specific contracts


We also plan to use the group synchronization between PWDI and IMS. This way from the web they will be able to assign user to a groups and the PW Admin will be able to assign the correct group to a security list without having to manage the user in a group.

The idea is to transfer group membership to the correct stake holder to free the PW Admin from that administrative task.
