When we export a CSV to update users, each entry are incapsulate between Quote " "


When we process under excel, we loose the quote which seem to affect the upload we do to update the user.

If we could upload the excel sheet in an intermediate table in the web interface.

Otherwhise we need to reformat the output of the excel sheet which seem to be time consuming, unless there is another recommand method
