Allow refreshing users without losing column sorting

It would be nice if, when sorting the user list in User Management, the page refresh did not undo the column sorting. For example, if I sort by email address and refresh, I have to sort again afterwards.

It's a minor thing but would be convenient when working on large numbers of user changes.
