Allow non affiliated users to be able to change their primary email

Currently any non affiliated users are unable to change their primary email to login to IMS.


I see this as an issue if users have many items linked to their account and their email address has changed for many different reasons (e.g., company updates email address, name change, moves to a different company, etc.)


Please allow the user to be able to change their email.
