Give admin possibility to remove user from account

As we have deploy the Bentley cloud for the first time, we initially add external users with a different domain to our account.

Later when we wanted to do some clean up and better understand how to add people to projects. We try to delete the users and have them sign back to the Bentley cloud so we can invite them back as a project member.

We realize that even after we delete the users, their accounts are still associate to our corporate account. Which prevent them to log-in back to Bentley cloud.

Request is to allow Admin to associate or dissociate any user from our corporate account prior to delete. This way we will make sure the user will have no strings attached to our account and can be safely delete and still able to connect to the Bentley cloud to be invite by other organisations

Attach is the user profile ( having a different domain than our corporate domain) after few attempt to dissociate the user from our account, is profile is till attach to our account.

Any corporate admin from our corporate account on the bentley Cloud should be able to remove/dissociate a user so he can be invite by another organisation on project internal or external
