Add reporting and subscription analytices role

Access to subscription analytics and license reporting requires high level admin or co-admin roles, for security reasons we must tightly control these roles. We have staff who only need access to subscription analytics but we have to give them very high level of admin access which they do not need. More granular permission in this area is required.
