Sure and yes this is referring to User Management. Take example of when you open the Manage Groups page, you will notice only one "^" icon displayed on one of the column which I assume is meant for sorting. the rest do not have such icon so I assumed there is no such capabilities. that is until I select the column header (say Group Name) then I noticed the values got "sorted". but upon close inspection, what I thought would be sorted alphabetically from A-Z, I noticed that the names was sorted sorted as what I expected. and the "sort" only applies to the first group of listed Group Names (mine had total 2 list of 50 group names). I've tried "sorting" the rest of the columns and the result is still the same wrong sorted list. So I'm not sure if this "^" icon for sorting or what... however, if you look at the Manager Users page, the sorting is done right and as expected for each selected column which I would like the sort to be done. Hope this explanation and example paints a clearer picture to what I'm requesting.
Can you give me an example of a page that has the issue you describe? The title seems to indicate you're talking about User Management rather than Entitlement Management, but if you can give me an example, I will forward it on to that team.
